Tsering Bhuti Lama is originally from Paaro village of Tsum. After her basic education from local school, she enrolled in Buddha Academy for high school. Other than studies, she is more interested in small scale enterprise development so has been running a communication shop along with her husband Fupu Tsering. People often come to their cyber cafe to learn basic computer skills and Internet. She recently joined as an Operation Manager at Tsum Valley Home Stay. She is also one of the first women licensed trekking guides from entire Tsum and Manaslu valley inspiring other local young women to encourage in mainstream economic activities such as mountain tourism. One of her recent trip was to guide a research project team for forty days in high-altitude alpine areas of Tsum and Manaslu.
